Horizon Zero Dawn, all the way. Complete game with a DLC that expands on the lore, gives a new difficulty and different enemies. The world is beautiful, full of life and has different cultures and areas to explore. The enemies are well thought out and require different strategies to end. The RPG is light but sound.

Microsoft is betting that games are going to be a service, like Netflix, and, also like Netflix, they don't care where you play their games, so long as you're playing. I actually retested benchmarks and the performance hit is around -30 fps on 1.0 (from 96 to 63 fps ouch). each step-down gave around +5 fps in benchmarks so even glitchy 1.5 gave me 91 fps in benchmarks which is less than native. Aloy's hair shimmers more with each step from barely noticeable (1.0) to annoying (1.5).

Disable Control Flow Guard in Windows Defender only for Horizon Zero Dawn executable. Use Intelligent Standby List Cleaner which frees up standby memory in the background based on certain parameters. This reddit post and youtube clip worked for me. They completely removed any trace of stutter.
